The company focuses on smart heating, smart gas, smart water, distributed energy, and other fields, delivering safe operation & maintenance, digital metering, green environmental protection, and high-efficiency energy-saving integrated solutions.
Challenges With business expansion and multi-mode operations, the traditional ERP system could no longer support growth. Material coding was incomplete, MRP calculations were inaccurate, and production requirements could not be met, resulting in delivery delays and failure to satisfy customers. Sidat decided to introduce SAP to rebuild its digital platform, optimize processes, and adopt SAP best practices for future expansion.
Solution Sidat operates in the measurement equipment manufacturing industry, covering heating, water, and gas sectors. Production is primarily make-to-order, with complex national technical standards requiring software parameter adjustments for each product. The project implemented SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Cloud to build a complete planning system, track plan execution, establish refined cost accounting across equipment, projects, and services, and enable group-level analysis and risk supervision.
